Whats the role?

The Operations Analyst Senior Manager is a key role in the office of the CEO, providing day to day support on key activities including attending and capturing actions from Executive Meetings, preparation of Board Materials and organization for Operational Reviews across our diverse footprint.

What does the role involve?

The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO providing visibility to all aspects of the business. In addition to working with the CEO, this person will also work closely with the Finance and Communication group.

How you will contribute?

• Track, follow up and report actions as it pertains to executive team meetings
• Work with local market teams, the flight department and other key stakeholders in planning and organizing in country operation reviews
• Track all markets the CEO has visited and provide support to ensure the maximum number of countries can be visited in a 12-month period
• Proactively prepare materials for key meetings, specifically the Board meeting. Collecting information from a range of stakeholder and building the draft story to be presented
• Review and analyse financial and commercial data highlighting any patterns, trends or useful insights
• Take work direction from the Finance and Communications teams supporting projects that are useful to the CEO Office

What You Need Is

• Preferred education / qualifications: B.Sc. or B.A. mandatory. MBA is a plus
• Past Consulting experience is advantageous
• Works with discretion and manages confidential information appropriately
• Able to use initiative and has a professional, friendly and approachable demeanor
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in English Language; written and spoken. Spanish, an advantage
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Adaptable to frequent change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Smart, fast learner, analytical and well organized
• Able to build strong, constructive and relationships, representing the CEO
