Intake Coordinator (Home Care) (Full Time)

NMC Health Home Care is seeking an Intake Coordinator whose primary role will be processing incoming referrals. Responsibilities include processing intake, obtaining insurance authorization, communication with team and partners in Home Care and Private duty. Qualifications include minimumbasic knowledge of keyboarding and Microsoft Office, attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multitask as well as prioritize tasks and other duties as set forth by supervisors.
Effective 06/21/2023, there is no longer a need for either vaccination confirmation or a medical/religious exemption.
