CNA (Surgical) (Full Time)

At NMC Health, we're proud to set an award-winning standard for healthcare, and your passion will go a long way as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for our Surgical/Step-Down Unit. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients which includes the comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs, planning, coordination, teaching, counseling, and direct physical care.
As a CNA, you will use your dedication and compassion to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. You will deliver care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups every day. Your valuable skills in independent decision making will be needed to help discern what is in the best interest of the patient/family. Other functions/ competencies of the position may include unit clerk, monitor technician, general clerical activities and basic nursing procedures.
NMC Health offers competitive base pay with Med/Surg CNA shift differentials up to 55% on the weekends.
Effective 06/21/2023, there is no longer a need for either vaccination confirmation or a medical/religious exemption.
Pay Range: $13.23 to $18.67
