JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Schedule diagnostic tests from outside referral physician offices timely, efficiently and accurately obtaining necessary information per testing requirements
• Enter pertinent data in the clinical record and utilize effective documentation skills within the electronic medical record.
• Verify appropriate documentation is available in-patient record prior to study/procedure
• Complete post CT scan follow-up when needed
• Assist with departmental no-show logs
• Assist with management of diagnostic patient schedules.
