Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking an Accountant to join our team! Full Time or Part Time available!

Position Summary:

The Accountant is a key member of the accounting team. This position provides financial services to support the financial viability of the organization with a primary focus on the processing and monitoring of accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger. General ledger will include preparing journal entries and supporting schedules for various prepaids and accruals each month.

Education and Experience:

Degree in the Accounting Field or three years relevant experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient in knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets using advanced formulas
• Experience with SAGE 100 preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel
