Furniture Sales Team Member - Part Time  (Full Time)

PAY: $19 per hour

Schedule:

We are looking for help on our team on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Weekend. You will work Saturdays from 12 - 5 pm.

Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Homemakers, you will actively engage and connect with our customers, providing an exceptional experience.You will become an expert in our products and use this expertise to educate, inform and guide customers in the selection of furniture and accessories for their home.

Responsibilities:

• All associates are expected to become experts of our selling behaviors, leveraging these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and design suggestions to the customer.
• Leverage omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
• Analytical skills to problem solve and offer alternative solutions to customers.
• Demonstrate pride and ownership in your work while meeting expected deadlines.

Requirements:

• We are looking for dependable workers with a strong work ethic and a positive, engaging personality.
• Problem solvers with a focus on continuous improvement, who are always learning, open to feedback and take action as required.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously andprofessionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.
