Schedule: SET SCHEDULE INCLUDES WEEKENDS. 11AM-8PM

Job Description:

While working in a team environment, the team member will actively seek out customers in our store and greet them in an upbeat and professional manner while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers in an upbeat and professional manner while providing and exceptional customer experience
• Provide product knowledge and order assistance in store, on the phone and through email communications
• Demonstrate pride and ownership in your work while meeting expected deadlines
• Show respect and appreciation by professionally interacting with customers and coworkers

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a solid, reliable worker with a strong work ethic and a positive, engaging personality.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Communicate effectively through written and oral correspondence
• Analytical skills to problem solve and offer alternative solutions to customers
• Able to collaborate with leadership and business partners.
