Client Service Specialist  (Full Time)
Location: Evansville, IN

Kemper Capital Management, a division of Kemper CPA Group, is a financial services firm that develops customized financial strategies for individuals, professionals, small business owners and retirement plans. Our experienced team of financial professionals is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Client Services Specialist position in our Evansville, INoffice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level support to personnel
• Communicate with clients in-person, on the phone, through email or other written correspondence
• Help maintain schedules for office staff
• General administrative tasks word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning

Assist with gathering and uploading data for financial plans

Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in current and new office technology
• Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work

Required Qualifications/Experience

• A college degree is encouraged but not required
• 2-3 years of previous professional service experience (Preferred)
