Staff Accountant II (Full Time)

Kemper CPA Group LLP, a top 100 public accounting firm, is a multifaceted regional CPA firm with 28 offices in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and California. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Staff Accountant II position in our Avon, INÂ office.Â
The position requires an experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, along with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The Staff Accountant II will perform most tasks with a minimum of supervision. Qualified candidates will be able to direct entry level Staff Accountants, instruct them in work to be performed, review the work done, and direct necessary revisions. Staff Accountant II candidates will also be able to outline any issues for their Supervisor (Senior Accountant, Manager, or Partner) and act on that individualâ€™s advice. A CPA license is preferred.
