Regular Full Time -$17.75-$19.25/HR
SHIFTS: -All Shifts -(Complete Open Availability)-Weekends Required
Position Overview:As a Deli Dishwasher you will complete all duties related to dishwashing, such as but not limited to: cleaning of all cooking equipment, dishes, pots, pans and utensils and aiding in the unloading of deliveries for the kitchen when necessary. You may also be required to participate in the prep work and maintenance food quality as well as the kitchens cleanliness.Finally, you must embody a positive Olivers Market image by providing considerate, friendly and efficient customer service, as well as providing support to the Executive Chef, Deli Manager and Deli Staff.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and maintain clean dishes and kitchen equipment by food safety guidelines
- Ensure that all health department standards are being met when cleaning and handling food
- Aid in proper storage and organization of all department deliveries
- Organize, face and rotate products when necessary
- Participate and aid in pre work when necessary and as directed
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, small wares, utensils and containers using machinery and cleaning equipment while properly and safely using cleaning products and equipment
- Regularly maintain a clean work station and deep clean department area when necessary
- Wipe down counters
- Sweep, wash and mop floor as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of rotisserie and stove tops
- Transport laundry to pick up area
- Perform basic food preparation as directed
- Dispose of trash, compost, recycle, excess oils and grease
- Perform proper and safe use of cleaning products and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and in a timely manner follow through on managerial requests
Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of how to operate a dishwasher

- Ability to lift and carry items 5-25 lbs. consistently
