BAKERY PRODUCTION

$17.50 - 23.00/HR

SHIFTS: Early/Opening -(As the store Opens)- Weekends Required

SUMMARY:

The Production Baker is responsible for producing the following: cookie doughs, brownies, muffins, quick breads and scone batters, granola, cheesecakes and decadence, focaccias, croissants, fruit pies among other products. The P.B. is expected to assist in stocking of dry products as used, as well as baking, cooling, wrapping and labeling of products.
