Bakery Baker (Full Time)

Shift:Early AM -(Before Opening) -Weekends Required
DUTIES:
- Careful baking of quality pastries and breads
- Production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- Properly label and date all products
- Preparation of some mixes
- Sanitize and clean equipment when needed
- Maintain and organize department as well as receive and rotate incoming stock daily
- Control spoilage
- Aid in processing and receiving warehouse orders
- Answer department phone calls and pages quickly with great phone etiquette
- Able to produce product in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and sanitary department. Report all life and safety and fire hazards to your manager and Safety Department Representative for correction. Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations. Report all accidents and injuries to your Store Leadership immediately.
