Position Overview:


Our aim is to provide the highest standards of customer service. The responsibilities of the Meat Production Clerk are many and varied, directed toward maintaining Oliver’s Market’s goals and values. The Meat Production Clerk represents the Meat Department to the customer, correctly answering questions, fulfilling orders, and pricing and wrapping orders. In addition, the Meat Production Clerk is responsible for supporting all department sanitation and producing ground meat, sausages, marinating beef, pork and chicken, use cry-o-vac (ROP) machine, cutting up chickens, cutting, filleting and maintaining seafood set and stocking prepackaged meats in deli grab & Go. They may also open or close the department using all standard procedures, as well as other duties as assigned.
