Shifts:Evening/Closing-Weekends Required
Position Overview:
As the Wellness Department Clerk you will serve in a customer service and stocking position to support the overall goals of the Wellness Department.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Basic knowledge of vitamins, supplements and body care
- Knowledge of current trends in natural and conventional supplements and body care
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Clear and effective communications skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Basic computer skills to research product information for customers when needed
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform tasks to maintain the daily operations of the department
- Assist Wellness Manager with inventory control and overall profitability of the department
- At the discretion of the Wellness Manager, may order and replenish products to maintain proper product assortment and inventory control
- Build, merchandise and maintain displays
- Assist in achieving required sales margin, expense and labor targets
