Bakery Production 3 (Full Time)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Selfmotivated
Work well with and alongside others
Ability to communicate with managers and other staff members clearly and effectively
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to be flexible and go with the flow of events
1year baking experience required
Baking and mixing skills
Willing to taste and evaluate all products offered in department
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Careful baking of quality pastries and breads
Production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
Sanitize and clean equipment when needed
Maintain and organize department as well as receive and rotate incoming stock daily
Control spoilage
Able to produce product in a timely manner
Perform all other duties as assigned by Department Manager
Follow and enforce all applicable State of California Health and Safety Codes
Ability to perform physical requirements of position
Must be 18 years +
