Grocery Clerk 1 Bulk Lead (Full Time)
Location: Windsor
As a Grocery Clerk 1B Bulk Lead you will perform all tasks related to breaking down deliveries,
moving back stock to the floor and stocking shelves. You will be required to assist in organizing
and developing promotional displays and maintaining an organized, efficient and safe backroom.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Demonstrate decisionmaking capability
Selfmotivated, selfdirected and able to multitask
Product knowledge
Detail oriented
Organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with natural foods or retail grocery
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Must complete tasks in a timely manner so as to meet deadlines
Control spoilage and minimize outofstock items
Merchandising
Provide excellent and quality service to customers
Aid in the training of new employees
Order, stock and maintain appropriate levels back stock of selected categories and items
Ensure highest level of execution of daytoday duties:
Process invoices when required
Properly execute Intercompany Transfers
Build displays and request appropriate signage
Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements:
Able to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to build and create dynamic displays that are both functional and aesthetically
pleasing
Forklift certified
Follow company policies and all applicable State of California Health and Safety Codes
Ability to fulfill all physical requirements
