Mounter – Entry Level – 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour (includes base pay and shift differential)

No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, you'll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You'll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.

·         Operate and maintain mounting equipment

·         Perform pre-operation tasks, including computer layout setup

·         Execute post-operation duties such as trimming and quality control

·         Use computer tools to track production and job status

·         Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape

·         Prepare completed plates for the next step in production

·         Be a reliable and consistent team player

Who We’re Looking For:

·         High school diploma, GED, or HSED preferred

·         Basic math skills and a working knowledge of a tape measure are helpful

·         Ability to stay organized and follow procedures

·         Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset
