Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour (includes base pay and shift differential)

No experience? No problem. Well provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, youll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. Youll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.

• Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates
• Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications
• Use computer tools to track production and job status
• Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape
• Prepare completed plates for the next step in production
• Be a reliable and consistent team player

Who Were Looking For:

High school diploma, GED, or HSED preferred

Basic math skills and a working knowledge of a tape measure are helpful

Ability to stay organized and follow procedures

Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset

Available for2ndShift - Monday through Friday, 2pm - 10pm
