POSITION SUMMARY

To understand, compile, organize, facilitate, and document information for customer order requests of all levels of complexity. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. To assist in the sale of Printron products by building and maintaining customer relationships through unsurpassed customer service.

Essential Functions Statements

Understand, compile, and organize job order information for the job ticket and order entry system for all levels of complexity.

Accurately enter job order specifications into job ticket order entry system, including the ability to send, receive, and retrieve supplied files via a variety of file formats.

Responsible for bar code process, customer estimate and quote.

As primary customer and sales contact must have complete ownership of job ticket from job entry to ship date.

Assist Customers and Sales with file evaluation, documentation, and graphic production issues, including preflight supplied files.

Coordinate, attend, and/or facilitate meetings or contacts in order to achieve department/customer goals.

Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

Ability to cope with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people.

Conduct discussions/conversations with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or other methods).

Counsel and train less experienced account coordinators on procedures and production methods.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

EDUCATION

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: customer service, printing, graphics

EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years in a customer service equivalent position with printing background preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and email. Basic knowledge level of Illustrator.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment, occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment with normal range of temperatures. Work involves operation of computer system for extended periods of time.
