As theCNA Coordinator, you will get the opportunity to lead and supervisor our team of compassionate CNAs.

Requirements:

LPN in Illinois or experience as a CNA
At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in rehabilitation and/or geriatric nursing with sensitivity to the total needs of the older adult.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Hours of work:

Full-Time: 40 hours a week
Primary Office Hours are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Supervises, coaches, and disciplines all CNAs.
Evaluates nursing care provided by CNA on a continuous basis
Conducts monthly CNA in-service meetings
Does bi-weekly payroll for CNAs
Assist with investigating resident incidents
Regularly rounds with CNAs to discuss ideas, issues, or questions they may have.
Assist CNA scheduler, when needed.
