Parman Energy is looking for a new Key Account Manager to join the team! Our Key Account Manager focuses on maintaining and growing our long-standing accounts through scheduled visits to conduct personal inspections of lubricant equipment, providing technical support, and maintaining reference files and quick reference guides. Regular regional daily travel to customer locations and some overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing relationships with superintendents, SBU managers, and regional managers.
- Provide technical support for any lubricant related application involving both rolling stock and fixed plant equipment.
- Maintaining a reference file or database of manufacturers' lubricant recommendations and quick reference guides for individual locations.
- Provide on-site training in the areas of oil sampling techniques, sample interpretations, product application and best practices for lubrication and coolant handling.
- Monthly and annual budgetary goals regarding sales, gallon volumes, and gross profit figures.
- Create and support proposals using selling tools such as the Chevron C&I Toolkit and RbL.
- Maintain CRM pipeline of opportunities.
Requirements:
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 3 years industrial sales experience is preferred
- Experience with building and maintaining electronic procurement catalogs or online storefronts (Oracle iProcurement Punchout preferred).
- Able to use Microsoft Windows, general word processing abilities.Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Able to effectively present information to managers and customers.
- Capable of learning technical concepts and applications such as equipment lube charting.
- OMA1, MLT1, and CLS certifications are required in a time frame outlined by the Technical Certification Path.
- Understand and comply with all safety requirements as defined by the Mine Safety and Health Administration. This includes annual recertification.
- Clean MVR that meets company's insurability.
