Purchasing Coordinator  (Full Time)

PURCHASING COORDINATOR-NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated Purchasing Coordinator with experience and knowledge to add to the team. This position is primarily responsible for daily management of inventory reorder reports created using Sage, Excel or other data sources for various Parman locations as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with code data entry of DM2 products, creating warehouse transfers for all Parman locations, entering and receiving purchase orders for a variety of procurement functions, and assisting with various tasks within the Supply Chain department as needed.

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years related experience or education
• Ability to read and interpret documents & the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Candidates should have proficient mathematical skills and should be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize are essential for this position
