Payroll Coordinator  (Full Time)

PAYROLL COORDINATOR - NASHVILLE, TN

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator with 3+ years experience to process payroll for 190+ employees with Parman Energy and Parman Tractor & Equipment.

Payroll Coordinator responsibilities include processingweekly and semi-monthly payrolls, bonus payrolls, and off-cycle payrolls, updating payroll records and answering employee questions about payments. Ultimately, youll ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time. You will also process payroll taxes, 401k and Health Savings Account contributions, and maintain the timekeeping system, as well as other general human resources administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university is preferred
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience is required with multi-state experience preferred
• Working knowledge of payroll processing software systems (Sage HRMS, Insperity/Timestar preferred)
