Are you looking to work with the best in the industry and to further your hospitality career? Farmington Country Club presents this exciting opportunity for you to join our Seasonal Food and Beverage Operations team as one of two Poolside Grill Supervisors!

The Poolside Grill Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, training, and scheduling Poolside Grill Attendants and Bartenders in accordance with anticipated business volumes, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the Poolside Grill throughout the Summer. The hourly rate for this position will range from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. 

Candidate Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

• Must be 21 years of age or older;
• Must be able to demonstrate strong, effective, and professional communication skills;
• Must be able to read and adhere to Federal, State, and Club regulations, standards, and procedures;
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related management experience preferred
