Night Maintenance Mechanic  (Full Time)

Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.  This full-time position is responsible for carrying out clubhouse repairs and general maintenance, including the physical building structure and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment and systems, in accordance with standards and procedures, preventative maintenance programs, and safety practices.  

This is a night-shift position that requires the candidate to have the flexibility and availability to work either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. 

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; experience using building automation systems to complete work orders and preventative maintenance; working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and climb up to 25 ft.; and a current, Virginia driver's license.
