If your answer is YES, then Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our Clubhouse Operations team as the Night Auditor! The Night Auditor is responsible for adhering to and completing the Night Audit checklist including, but no limited to, running the Night Audit Report, greeting members and guests, graciously responding to the needs and wants of the Club’s overnight guests in a timely manner, and ensuring the safety of the Club’s overnight guests.

*The hours for this part-time position are from 11:00p to 7:00a, Fridays and Saturdays.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests pleasantly and enthusiastically;
• Seek out opportunities to enhance the stay of members and guests by asking questions and listening for opportunities to deliver superior customer service;
• Follow audit instructions;
• Scan receipts into document management system;
• Confirm room rack, phone slips, voice mail, and reservation data;
• Pleasantly answer telephone calls;
• Pleasantly take messages regarding room reservations;
• Graciously complete room check-ins and check-outs;
• Assemble turn down amenity boxes;
• Communicate with security about relevant Club activities;
• Handle emergency situations, following established Club procedures;
• Follow emergency response procedures when emergencies arise;
• Deliver supplies as necessary;
• Send reports, room confirmations, and other communications to members and guests;
• Check in with closing Manager on Duty on a nightly basis;
• Complete AED/CPR certification yearly

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; familiarity with guest reservation systems preferred;
• Ability to work independently

Farmington Country Club is a premier, full-service private club in Central Virginia. Farmington is a member-owned club founded in 1927, and recognized as a Platinum Club of America. Portions of the clubhouse date to 1780, and were designed by Thomas Jefferson. The grounds of Farmington Country Club cover 275 landscaped acres and include the clubhouse, guest rooms, athletic facilities, tennis courts and golf course.

The club has two restaurants, a formal dining room and a grill restaurant, seating a total of 300; each has its own kitchen. In addition, there are private dining rooms seating 100, 50, 40 and 12, a ballroom seating 250 and two seasonal snack bars. Sports facilities include a 27-hole golf course, 15 outdoor and three indoor tennis courts, three paddle tennis courts, a swimming complex with diving and lap pools and a zero-depth recreation area, and a professionally staffed fitness center. Club facilities include 40 guest rooms.
