Platinum rated Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, VAis looking for a Banquet Sous Chef to join our Culinary Team.The Culinary Brigade is led by Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC. This position will support the Banquet Chef de Cuisine and will have opportunity for developing leadership skills. The Banquet Sous Chef is responsible for the daily operation of the Banquet kitchen, training and supervising staff;supervise the execution of house made stocks, soups, and sauces; maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen; and managing production and purchasing based on the budget.

Qualifications:
