Farmington Country Club is looking for a full time Banquet Bar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team. TheBanquet Bar Supervisor is to ensure proper set-up, break down and execution of banquet bars in tandem with the Banquet Management team. The position will focus on training and supervising the banquet bar team through proper standards and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old or older

• Min of 1 year of bartending experience
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to interact with members and attendees to make them feel welcome
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with staff, listen to concerns, and take appropriate action with management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
