Farmington Country Club is looking foran experienced childcare provider to supervise the daily operation of the Kids Club and serve as Assistant Youth Programs Manager. Our Kids Club provides creative programs and activities to the children of our members and guests. The Assistant Youth Programs Manager is responsible for supervising the Kids Club staff; planning, coordinating, and promoting programs and activities; leading children in structured activities; playing with children; and arranging for childcare during special Club events. Some Holiday, evening and weekend work required.

Competitive candidates should have some programmatic experience in childcare or a related field and some supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to communicate and interact appropriately with young children, parents, and staff in a professional manner; a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, including Word and Excel; and the ability to lift 25 lbs.
