Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced Coach to lead our swim team to another winning season! As a member of the Jefferson Swim League, our team swims in 6 or 7 meets each season, including 3 or 4 home meets. Our Swim Coach is responsible for developing and promoting a competitive swim program that emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship within a safe environment. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising the coaching staff; managing swim team registration; running and supervising home swim meets; running team practices; coordinating team activities; and participating in team spirit activities.

Competitive candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, American Red Cross Safety Training for Coaches Certification and CPR (Adult and Infant/Child) Certification.Successful swim coaching experience is preferred.
