Farmington Country Club is looking for a seasonal Pool Manager to manage our state-of-the-art, outdoor swimming complex. Our Pool Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Clubs swimming facilities, to include staffing, special events, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include training and supervising the pool staff in all matters of pool safety, operating procedures, and member service; planning and assisting with special events, such as swim meets; and assisting with the hiring, training, and development of the coaching staff.

Competitive candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and current American Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification, and AED training. Previous experience working in a pool operation with a competitive swim program and a minimum of 2 years of pool facility supervisory experience are preferred.
