Farmington Country Club is looking for an AM Public Area Cleaner / Houseman to join the staff of our Housekeeping Department, which is responsible for all housekeeping services for the Clubs 40 overnight guest rooms and common areas. This position is responsible for cleaning common areas throughout the Club and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the exterior areas of the Club.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Must be able to climb a ladder at least four feet high
• Must hold a current, valid driver's license
• Standing for periods of up to four hours
• Walking up and down stairs while carrying cleaning equipment
• Bending, pushing, and pulling to clean and dust
• Some weekend work is required

Qualifications:

• Competitive candidates should have residential or commercial cleaning experience
