Concierge (Full Time)

Job Summary
The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, providing information, making arrangements, answering and directing phone calls, assisting with VIP guest requests, and managing packages, while providing exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
- Interact with guests, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
- Properly receive, record, and distribute high volumes of incoming/outgoing guest packages.
- Adhere to all cashiering procedures.
- Coordinate guest requests with designated vendors according to departmental standards.
- Must be able to cross-train in other Front Office related areas.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education include:
- Associate degree (AA) is a plus; and/or minimum of one year Concierge experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
- High volume/ fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Proficient in English- verbal and written.
- Opera PMS experience is a plus.
- Alice software experience is a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Les Chefs or membership is a plus.
- LACA membership is a plus.
Physical Requirements include:
- Long periods of stationary standing.
- The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Salary Range:$23.00 - $27.00
