Automotive Parts Shipper/Receiver

Working Hours- Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

No Weekends!

Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming parts orders
• Reconcile invoices and packing slips
• Prepare documents such as a bill of lading, and shipping orders
• Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment
• File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts
• Update and maintain parts inventory information in the dealership system
• Perform administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience with UPS and FedEx online shipping programs
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
