SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE WRITER

Salary Range: $50,000-$85,000

No nights! No weekends!

Lee Auto Mall in Auburn is looking for Service Advisors/Service Writers to join our BUSY service departments. Here in Auburn, we service Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, Nissan, Honda and GMC vehicles. If you are an experienced Service Writer or just starting your career, we'd like to talk to you about what Lee has to offer!

Service Advisors Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician as well the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
• Develop estimates for service work and professionally present to customers
• Work with systems and programs to ensure great data retention and customer communication
• Bring a high level of customer service to everyone
• Administer the manufacturer and aftermarket warranties for qualifying vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed of service and parts specials, completion times and service expenses
• Have an outstanding and positive attitude
