We offer a training salary of $700 weekly plus bonus and an Advanced Training Program with a $3,250 monthly guarantee. We have a proven track record of developing highly successful sales consultants, and our top sales consultants are finding a quick path to management!

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Career-minded, goal-driven and customer-focused
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
