DOB Coordinator  (Full Time)

As a DOB Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

Extensive software skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) are required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a flexible professional with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the corporate environment (construction industry preferred) and knowledge of the NYC DOB filing/permitting procedures, who is reliable, familiar with project coordination, has superior oral and written communication skills, ability to organize, good judgment in confidential situation, and work well in a fast pace environment with all levels of internal management and staff.
