Bismarck Region Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

American Bancor, Ltd. has a position opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Bismarck, North Dakotaregion. Area primarily includes Bismarck and Mandan offices of American Bank Center and our Subsidiary companies, with occasional travel to other locations required. Will perform general maintenance, minor repairs and maintain equipment, furniture and fixtures including office equipment, desks, tables, chairs etc. Will coordinate contractors for other repairs and maintenance,including HVAC, electricians, plumbers, yard and lawn care, sprinkler systems, elevators, snow removal, company vehicles, etc. 3-5 years maintenance experience preferred.
