Senior Project Manager, Architectural  (Full Time)
Location: West Sacramento, CA

Clark Pacific in West Sacramento, CA is currently looking to fill an Architectural Senior Project Manager role within its Architectural Group of the Design-Build Division.

Summary of Position:

The Senior Project Manager position will primarily function as a project lead within the department but also as a senior member collaborating and advising the director of the department. It is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in various phases at the same time. The Position will work with the team to coordinate efforts on conceptual design, through permitting and construction both internally and coordination with other disciplines. Candidate should have an ease and ability to present project information internally and externally, and lead presentations with clients in both meetings and on conference calls. Candidate seeks to contribute to Clark Pacific by building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Skillsets Required:

Experience managing people within an architectural environment.

Experience with CBC codes and entitlement/permitting process.

Working knowledge of Revit as the delivery platform.

Working knowledge of AIA contract documents or similar.

Expert communicator

Willingness to lead in a fast-paced environment.

California licensure or ability to obtain through NCARB reciprocation in short term.

Bachelor of Architecture (5 years accredited) or equivalent.

Skillsets Preferred:

Precast knowledge preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and Rhino as the design platform.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with commercial projects highly desirable.
• Seeking someone with 10 plus years experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to well independently and as a team player.
