About the Job
Multiple delivery positions available.
Successful applicants will receive training on operating protocols and procedures.
Job:
Deliver groceries using company vehicle to residential and commercial addresses.
Schedule: Wed,Thurs, Friday & Saturday (32 to 38 hours a week)
Duties:
- Load and unload Cargo Van;
- Follow instructions of electronic routing device - deliver groceries;
- Comply with policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, deliveries and customer interaction;
- Arrive at loading dock/pick up location on time and in uniform;
- Keep Vehicle interior neat and clean;
- Maintain a friendly, courteous and cooperative attitude.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years (driving record must be submitted)
- Ability to pass drug screening and background screening.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Customer service skills.
- Being able to work with a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines.
- Having good management skills.
- Physically fit (Able to lift up to 50 pounds).
- Good eye vision.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Having interpersonal skills.
Education:
Applicants forDelivery Driverjobs are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent education level.
