Position: Slot Floor Person

Reports to: Lead Slot Floor Person

Starting Pay Rate: $8.50

Summary: Provide a high degree of prompt, considerate, and courteous Guest service. Make change, pay jackpots, redeem TITO tickets for Guests, perform minor repairs, serve beverage, fill out tax forms, balance bank impress, and keep Casino floor clean.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

• Provide excellent Guest service.
• Provide currency to Guest for even exchange.
• Constantly monitors assigned areas.
• Perform hand pays and verify the accuracy of hand pays.
• Help keep the gaming areas clean and clear of debris.
• Must be proficient and accurate when performing transactions with money
• and/or filling out tax forms and other paperwork.

• Diagnosis minor problems of machines and perform minor machine

maintenance.

• Assist other departments in accommodating Guest service.
• Responsible for the safeguarding and balancing of assigned bank

impress.

• Perform hand pays and TITO redemption according to established

procedures.

• Knowledgeable with computers to perform assigned tasks with Oasis Jackpot-Fill CDS and Super Play/Mate software systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Pass a basic math test.
• Maneuver and/or lift forty-five (45) pounds.
• Able to perform in a smoky, fast paced environment.
• Must present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Must wear clean assigned uniforms.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.

Must attend State, Federal, Tribal, Casino and Department mandatory trainings and pass any applicable testing.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
• Must be able to convert credit values to monetary values.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift.
