Storytellers Restaurant Supervisor  (Full Time)

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction by orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising food and beverage quality and service in fine dining venue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Ensure venues floor operations run efficiently to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Work in close partnership with Chef de Cuisine and back-of-house food department to maximize cost effectiveness within Storytellers by ensuring compliance with established budget, labor costs, and revenue benchmarks.

Listen to, evaluate, and respond appropriately and timely to guest grievances.

Ensure venues compliance with all food and beverage health, liquor, safety regulations, and CCCH policies and procedures.

Supervise all venue front-of-house staff to include selection, training, directing, correction, scheduling, and conflict resolution per CCCH standards.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of venue is maintained to the highest standards.

Process payment transactions, inventory, time cards, schedules, venue reports and records in timely and accurate manner.

Supervise catering events, as directed.

Perform other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required. College education, preferred.

2. Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining establishment as server/above, required.

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Intermediate computer literacy, required.

Speak, read, write fluently in English.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively de-escalate tensions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

Possess or obtain within 30 days of hire, valid food handlers and alcohol certifications.

5. Be at least 18 years of age.

6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
