QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required. 2.Work Experience: a.General knowledge of preparations of various food items, required. b.Minimum 1 years experience as a cook in a professional food establishment. 3.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a.Excellent communication (verbal) skills. b.Able to read, understand, and execute recipes correctly. c.Be highly organized and able to create and monitor work tasks with a group. 4.Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: a.Possess a valid food handlers certification or be able to obtain one upon hire. 5.Be at least 18 years of age. 6.Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License. |
