HR Rep I-Bilingual PT (Part Time) Position: HR Rep I-Bilingual PT Wage: 16.00/hr.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: · Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, route to appropriate party, or take messages for follow-up. · Answer routine inquiries from internal and external sources on available positions, policies, and programs. · Assist HR functional areas (employment, benefits, training, safety) as required: o assist applicants through application process, o schedule candidates for licensing, o schedule new hires for orientation, and o assist team members with Casino Essentials and Ease programs. · Assist with prep, set-up, and execution of special events. · Perform clerical functions and prepare reports, as assigned · Maintain accurate and up to date personnel files · Accurately input data into HRMS on a daily basis. · Provide Spanish/English translation services to Team Members and HR team. · Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. Previous administrative work experience of 3+ years may substitute for educational requirement. 2. Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ clerical experience in an office required 3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, outlook). b. Able to type 40 wpm. c. Solid communication (written/verbal) skills. d. Be fluent (reading, writing, talking/listening) bilingual Spanish/English. 4. Be at least 18 years of age. 5. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S. 6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License. Position hours are Monday-Friday from 1-5 p.m. |
