Wage: 16.25/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the cleaning and stocking needs of guest rooms in assigned area(s) of the Hotel or Lodge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

• Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, and cleans assigned areas of the Hotel.
• Scrubs, waxes and strips floors as assigned.
• Sweeps stairwells, parking lot, and attends to other special projects as requested.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture and draperies as needed.
• Empties wastebaskets; empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and dirty linen to designated areas.
• Assists in the minor maintenance of guestrooms and public areas of the Hotel such as: changing light bulbs, unplugging toilets, etc. and report problems that need further attention to the Housekeeping Shift Supervisor.
• Responds promptly to a Guests request (i.e., delivering blow dryers, irons and ironing boards, rollaway beds, extra towels, etc.).
• Pack amenities for Guest rooms into caddies and delivers same to all floors of the Hotel.
• Stocks and maintains linen and supply rooms.
• Properly tags lost and found items and delivers them to the Housekeeping Shift Supervisor for storage.

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
