POSITION SUMMARY: Under direction from the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, repair and maintain machinery, plumbing, physical structure, and electrical wiring and fixtures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Performs complex plumbing, electrical and carpentry maintenance and repairs such as replacing solenoid valves, switches, relays and thermostats, rewiring appliances, constructing partitions and small out buildings, installing plumbing pipe and related plumbing fixtures.

Performs general painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, such as, unstopping clogged sinks, drains and garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, replacing cord caps, buffer switches and light switches.

Makes minor repairs to heating, refrigeration, air conditioning units and other electrical equipment; repairs damaged walls and doors; paints inside and outside building walls; replaces windows; refinishes and repairs furniture.

Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.

Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, tractor, dollies and other basic loading and unloading equipment as required.

Drives vehicles to transport materials such as furniture, supplies or equipment as required.

Service equipment used by oiling, greasing and adding gas as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency

2. Work Experience: Commercial building trade or facilities/maintenance engineering experience. Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.

b. Ability to use power hand tools and equipment.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: N/A

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.
