POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure excellent guest service and monitor Table Games to ensure game integrity by maintaining procedural compliance by all Dealers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Provide visible supervisory presence on the gaming floor, monitor games and gaming activity, provide unbiased decisions to resolve gaming discrepancies.

Participate with co-leaders in staff management to ensure adequate coverage to meet business demands through effective selection, on-boarding, training, evaluations, performance management, schedules and assignments, coaching and corrections, and employment separations.

Facilitate the consistent flow of CCCH information, promotions, special events by facilitating and participating in regular department meetings and information sharing with team members and department leadership.

Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation on all transactions and prepare routine reports, as required.

Initiate and authorize table or bank fills and credits, count and verify beginning and ending table bank inventories, observe drop box removal or shift change at established times, maintain accurate Tables Games inventories.

Distribute comps according to CCCH and department guidelines and policies.

Ensure table games area is clean, orderly, and ready for gaming activity.

Ensure guests are engaged in gaming by providing information about games, promotions, amenities, and special events.

Complete all support duties and responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner; ensure immediate action is taken and reporting is submitted on any situation that might be illegal or extraordinary.

Be prepared to deal games, when required.

Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience:

a. Minimum 1 years experience dealing table games, required. 1 or more years previous table games experience may substitute for experience dealing.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Possess sound, mature judgment and be able to effectively deescalate tense situations to appropriate resolution.

b. Possess strong organizational and planning skills.

c. Possess excellent communication (verbal, written) skills and be fluent (verbal, writing, reading) in English.

d. Be able to pass a basic math test.

e. Be dexterous and have good hand coordination.

f. Be able to operate basic equipment (i.e., automatic shuffler) and deal from a 6-deck shoe.

5. Be at least 18 years of age.

6. Demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
