Position: Mountain Springs Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY: Supervise daily operations of Mountain Springs venue and staff to ensure the highest standards of food service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Oversees all daily operations in venue to ensure efficiencies and guest satisfaction.

Select, train, direct, schedule, resolve conflicts, and correct staff.

Prepare and maintain accurate venue reports and records.

Ensure venue compliance with all food, alcohol, safety protocols, department SOPs, and CCCH policies and procedures.

Manages guest concerns to resolution.

Ensure venue cleanliness and sanitation is maintained.

Conduct monthly/annual inventory with accurate recordkeeping.

Conduct rounds to all other food venues to ensure effective operations.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required. College preferred.

2. Work Experience:

a. Minimum 2 years experience as restaurant server/above, required.

b. Minimum 1 years experience in a supervisory role, required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Microsoft programs and other point-of-sale software experience, required.

b. Knowledgeable of restaurant industry service, ordering, inventory practices, required.

c. Must have strong communication (verbal, written) skills with fluency in English.

d. Verbal Spanish language skills a plus.

e. Must be able to organize, multi-task, and establish priorities in fast-paced environment.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Must have or obtain, within 30-days of hire, valid food handlers and alcohol service certification.

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
