Mountain Springs Buffet Host/Cashier PT  (Part Time, Day Shifts)

Position: Host/Cashier

Starting Wage: 16.00/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include greeting, seating, processing payment transactions, and providing assistance to servers in venue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Greet, seat guests, answer telephones, provide information when requested.

Assist with delivery of table ware, menus, beverages, as needed.

Process To-Go orders accurately and timely.

Process payment transactions accurately.

Perform server, cashier, busser duties, as needed.

Perform other tasks, as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience:

Minimum 3 months experience as food server, required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.

5. Must be at least:18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
