Rate of Pay:$17.00

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for properly executing Security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect the welfare of Guests, Team Members, Vendors, and Casino property. Primarily responsible for duties associated with the Gaming Floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Primarily responsible for the protection of an assigned area, including observation and reporting of unusual, dangerous, or suspicious activities.

Patrol assigned work areas and assist Guests and Team Members, as needed.

Ensure all policies and procedures are performed, as required.

Identify potential safety hazards and report them to appropriate individuals for proper resolution.

Safety operate company vehicles, as assigned.

Routinely practice observation of area and people for safety and security, report potential concerns.

Provide outstanding Guest Service.

Perform escorts as required.

Perform scheduled drops in a timely manner.

Must respond to all emergency incidents in a professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Equivalent work experience may substitute educational requirements.

2. Work Experience:

a. 6 months experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military in the last 5 years, preferred.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Must adhere to the Department's Code of Ethics.

b. Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.

c. Must present self in a well-groomed, professional appearance.

d. Must be able to maintain professional composure in a fast-pace, high-stress environment.

e. Must be computer literate in Word and Excel to generate reports and other correspondence.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Must be able to pass a Title 4 background check per ARS 4-112.G 912.

b. Must be certified and maintain BLS/First aid license within 90 days of hire.

5. Must be at least:18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
